At Orion, we take our IT Service Agreements to the next level by including these enhanced services in addition to the basic ones listed above for your small or medium business:

Consultation – Every business should take a proactive approach to technology strategies. With a well thought out strategy and plan you will achieve the highest level of success possible.

IT Projects – Service labor related to projects such as desktop computer replacements (on a pre-defined schedule), server upgrades, cloud migrations and other projects related to your IT network are included. Other IT Service Providers will often charge for this labor on top of the service agreement once you are on contract with them.

Helpdesk support beyond normal business hours on an emergency basis.

Advanced cybersecurity tools such as Security Awareness Training (SAT) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your employees.

Vendor Management – We track your software and hardware maintenance contracts, work with your line of business software vendors, and work with your Internet and phone provider to take those headaches off your plate.

We Don’t Lock You In

We know that, by providing continuous quality service, we gain our client’s trust and confidence to renew their contracts with us on a yearly basis. We only ask for a year. If you find you are not satisfied with our service, we ask for 30 days to identify and resolve the issue. In the event you are still not satisfied after 30 days, we will release you from your contract.
